Every time a new carpenter/electrition is assigned who dont know what the previous person had done. No supervision from Kadiwa side during execution resulting in multiple issues, they just put the blame on vendors for everything. All the 3rd parties they have tie up with charges premium rate for everything but the quality of work is below average. The quality of material used is very cheap, wardrobe shutters started bending within 5 months of installation. All the alignment is messed up. They messed up my entire kitchen as their vendor has send the shutters with colour variation, its been almost 5 months and stilll struggling to fix it. He only cares about money. Made a false statement that, he submits GST. He actually uses GST money for himself and says to client, he submits to Government. Another thing is – he asks for full money, even if work less than 50% completed. (Yeh toh height hi hai, yaar) He has a BIG BIG EGO. Even, if we request for something. He simply says, “No”, even if his co-worker easily agree. VERY VERY difficult to work. Quality of work is also very bad. Our requirements weren’t too elaborate since we were furnishing our secondary home, and Kadiwa Studio designed the interiors accordingly, in reasonable price that fit our budget. Finishing could have been a bit better, especially the wall painting, and alignment of shutters and shutter handles. Besides, unavailability of certain laminates led to few compromises which I would’ve liked to avoid. However, I am satisfied with Kadiwa’s work overall, and would surely recommend. After sales support is also good. I faced issue with a drawer few months after handover which was promptly fixed within 24 hours of bringing it to their notice. Extra kudos for that! Thank you.
