We present these to you in the form of drawings, elevations, precedent images and mood boards, which we then work with to form your bespoke scheme. BMJ will guide the creation of your projects identity, working with you as much or as little as you’d like to create a home perfectly tailored to your needs. Upon confirming a design, we are happy to progress with a detailed room schedule is created outlining every element of the build works- from lighting layouts to the color of the grout. The client then has a full set of construction drawings and a list of every item the vendors will cost against so that expectations of all parties tally up. Once we’ve received the Clients approval back, and that’s when your dream starts to become a reality!
