The owner Chaitanya Dandu is absolutely useless. He is a trickster, through unprofessional and an outrageous liar. First few visits begin by joyous cozy talk, very responsive. You fall for the sweet talk and his sophisticated office. His words are filled with over promises, grandiose jibber! And once the work starts, you realise it is all a mega farce. He starts pestering for money!!! And the moment transfers are done, the workers stop coming. Why? Because he uses our money to buy material for another site and shift his people there. Our work stalled for over 20 times, 3-4 times. It was a simple turn key project which he promised to deiver in 2 months starting september but it spanned over 6 months, and he finally abandoned!!! Rather we fired him. Now that is with respect to timelines Let me start about the quality of work. The basic box structures were fine but then he starts adjusting remaining laminates from other sites. He finished the crockery and book rack units with the laminates WITHOUT CONSULTING US. When we asked him, he started saying these are a good fit! Let me tell You, they are pathetic!!! Next, he finished crockery unit but forgot include a provision for doors/shutters!!! When i asked, he was like, No this is a open unit… i had to challenge him to show me a crockery unit in the entirw universe which had no doors at all!!! Next comes the handles etc. He delayed it by so long, so long that i had to start procuring them myself… and he overcharges us by over 2 lakhs… as of today, the project starts abandoned. We hired another person to finish and clean up the mess!!! He was so shameless in sending his people to collect the remaining material which i withheld, because he never finished the job. Almost 3-4 sets of workers changed and when i enquired, i came to know that he wasn’t paying them and hence almost all of blue canvas projects get stalled over 5-6 months resulting in abandonment. The workers started asking us money and when we told we already paid, they were shocked! We had similar experience with Sriram interiors from where the material was procured… when i called them up, they asked me for money. Apparently, he never paid them and put the blame on us!!! Now let me talk about the next lie. He said he is a qualified architect and it was only through his own business partner Ratna… we approached Ratna finally when chaitanya was not respondin and initially she shrugged off saying ours was not part of blue canvas company, it was chaitanya’s personal project. When i told her i got all the quotes and designs on blue canvas name, she was shocked. In one of the meetings, she actually ended up scolding him in front of us. It was that bad!!! Anyway, after all this ordeal, i honestly fee that it would have been better if we burnt the 10 lakhs instead of paying him. Make no mistake in assuming that this is just one of Those misfortunate sites!!! Because our friends also got work done by him. And even they had similar disgusting miserable experience… So blue canvas is a farce. Chaitanya is a liar and scamster- greedy!!! DO NOT GET WORK DONE BY THEM!!! If you still have any doubts, i will invite you to show my house… Read More Like8 July 2018 Back to Navigation Business Details Business Name Blue Canvas Architects and Interior Designers Phone Number 098662 02625 Address Hyderabad Telangana Followers 1 Follower Follow Back to Navigation 2 Ideabooks bluecanvas_cv’s ideas No saved ideas Wish List No saved ideas
