TripleDart Digital is a Bengaluru-based SaaS performance marketing agency founded in December 2020. The company is prioritised increasing the ROI for its clients via varied online channels like SEO, paid social and more.

TripleDart Digital was founded in December 2020 by Shiyam Sunder, Manoj Palanikumar, Jayakumar Muthusamy, and Sabarinathan Rajeswaran.

As per a report by Motilal Oswal, after the US and China, India has the third-largest SaaS ecosystem.
In another report published by Bain & Company, by 2025, Indian SaaS companies are poised to achieve a revenue of $30 billion, thereby capturing an 8-9 per cent share in the global SaaS market.

TripleDart’s pilot services include organic channels, paid media, analytical intelligence, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), brand research and brand audit.

Shiyam Sunder claims “In the SaaS ecosystem, our USP is our understanding of how a marketing funnel works.. TripleDart’s services are driven by custom frameworks, so we don’t just throw numbers at you!”.

According to Shiyam, as of now, TripleDart does not have any real competition in the Indian market. Instead, he said, “our global competitors, or rather the market players we look up to, would include firms like Klientboost, Directive Consulting and Refine Labs”.

Shiyam Sunder was employed with several SaaS unicorn companies including Zoho, Freshworks, Hotjar, and HeyDigital, leading performance marketing teams in his stints. He brings his previous experience with scaling up to other businesses to the playbook of every client that joins Tripledart Digital’s portfolio.

Manoj Palanikumar is TripleDart’s go-to-market expert and is known as All Things Inbound Marketing. Previously he has worked in Zoho, Salesken and Merkle Science.

Jayakumar Muthusamy is a data expert and has proficiency in SaaS emerging from previous stints with Freshworks, Multiplier and HeyDigital.

Sabarinathan Rajeswaran is the head of Paid Marketing at TripleDart. He has expertise in strategising, managing and scaling clients’ paid media. Previously he was working at Multiplier, Kovai. co and Stan Ventures.

A report by Expert Market Research (EMR) says, In 2020 the global digital marketing industry will reach a value of nearly $305 billion. Further, the market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 17.6 per cent between 2021 and 2026 to reach a value of around $807 billion by 2026.

The report noted that the growth in the sector is being driven by the emergence of digital content on several online channels and its consumption.

Shiyam states that the company was initially funded with Rs 5 lakh since it is a service-based company.

Since its inception, the company has been profitable and has generated an ARR of $250,000 in FY 2021, and is projected to generate an ARR of $1.5 million in FY 2022.
