SquadStack has raised $17.5 million (INR 140 crore) from Bertelsmann India Investments and existing investors Chiratae Ventures and Blume Ventures in its Series B round.

With the current funding, it plans to hire top talent to strengthen its team for expansion. Additionally, it plans to increase its sales experts base and further expand into new verticals.

SquadStack was established in 2017, It started its journey to provide access to skilled work for anyone, anywhere.

According to Apurv Agrawal, cofounder and CEO of SquadStack, In an Indian telesales industry that lacks innovation, the startup aims to revolutionise the INR 80,000 Cr market.

Additionally, he said, “Through the combination of technology and human expertise, we help businesses solve a negative ROI problem and financially uplift sales talent across the country. Our team needs to be significantly expanded. The long-term success and profitability of a business are dependent upon the quality of the team and the culture of the workplace.”

The team at SquadStack operates across five cities in India including Noida, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Goa, and Mumbai. The company plans to expand to Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune in the near future.

In a recent study, Transparency Market Research forecasts an $11.55 billion market for sales enablement software by 2031. Moreover, sales enablement software is expected to grow as a result of opportunities in the BFSI, eCommerce, and entertainment industries.
